Do you know who those guys are that own those hosting review sites that ranking for “best host” etc? I think Pat Flynn is one of them. I am very curious as to how guys who are on the first page for those keywords got to that level. I looked at all the sites on the first page and these guys are so elite they aren’t even using Thrive or normal themes but it’s pretty much all custom. I am guessing these guys mastered “Amazon authority sites” or niche first before moving into the hosting niche? It seems to me to be one of the most competitive niches online with super high KD (some keywords have KD 70 etc in ahrefs) plus these hosting programs payout like crazy.
I like to concentrate on very specific keywords that are a perfect match for the offer. These long-tail keywords will likely be low competition lower volume keywords. Build out content clusters or silos for creating authority in Google’s eyes. So an in-depth post that covers the entire topic and individual posts with more details on specific items.

Hi Mauricio truthfully I was not aware that WP could be hacked so that never crossed my mind. But if you have these concerns there are other content management platforms such as SquareSpace, Wix, Weebly that do an awesome job. They may not be as good as WP but they still get the job done. I love WP because of all the plug ins and themes that are available to help me customise my website the way I like it. I’m not very sure that SquareSpace, Wix or Weebly has the same. Good luck on whatever you choose.

Featured snippets can be achieved by answering a question keyword in a very concise way (usually with a paragraph or list from the content). Lists are usually pulled from your table of contents or h3 subheadings. To get a featured snippet for my keyword “how to make money with affiliate marketing” Google will likely use my TOC or maybe (let’s see), this paragraph:
Insurance comparison sites are fulfilling a need. People don’t want to spend hours looking for insurance, and they don’t find it fun. If you’ve ever found anyone who enjoys this kind of activity, they could possibly be a little crazy. Both Compare The Market and Gocompare.com have not only made the tedious process of finding a policy infinitely faster, they’ve also made it fun. (Think of the free meerkats and the Gocompare man you love to hate.)
Content is King – The more successful websites had content that was around 1,000 words per post. Google identifies this as better content and it’ll help your search rankings. It can’t just be gibberish though, it helps if you break up the content into 6-8 different sections so it’s easy for the user to navigate while still being lengthy. I used to think 300 words was good and 500 was above and beyond. I’ll likely spend even more time on articles and aim for around 1,000 words per article like my most popular article “Robinhood App Review” at 1,500 words.
Have you seen Mavenx.com yet? It might be a good addition to your story above. This allows users (not just bloggers) to create boards of products from over 3,000 merchants and each product is armed with affiliate links that pay from 2-25%. The system allows users to share their boards and products to Blogs, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Email. Users do not need a blog, they really only need a willingness to share. Payment comes monthly when an account reaches over $20. It is VERY easy to use – and fun!
Hi Demarius, both are excellent courses and i’ve learned a lot myself from them. The difference is that Franklin offers other ways to market products including Youtube, etc rather than just building a blog. Building an authority site is the core focus for both, they just differ slightly. If you’re a complete beginner, i’d probably give Savage Affiliates my recommendation for you simply because it’s a lot more versatile and deals with many different methods of marketing & traffic getting. TASS is laser focused on just building an authority site and scaling it. I hope that helps!
You can ask questions, meet new people, and it was originally designed for internet marketers to help one another out. Now, it’s grown into a behemoth in the internet marketing space. It’s changed ownership and there’s mized emotions about how it’s run. Some say, “it’s a good resource”, and others say, “It’s the blind leading the blind”, so if you decide to visit, take advice from there with a grain of salt.

The Wix website editor keeps things simple. Double-click text, and you can edit it right away, with formatting options in a pane right beside. Adding new items is easy too from the buttons on the left. The Add button opens a menu with options to add formatted text, icons, social media embeds, forms, and more. With the Add Apps and Start Blogging options, you can even add a store, blog, or third-party app to your page—which would be too much for a landing page, but might be a helpful way to grow your website over time.
Hi. I am a UK resident. I have been trying to find out advice about whether you should register a company for payments through affiliate marketing and if so is it better to set up a as a sole trader or limited company (or equivalent in US). Please could you advise as I can't seem to find out anything about this but when you complete affiliate network profiles they ask for tax details and company names etc. Many thanks
There really is no best network because the best would depend on the type of product(s) you wish to promote. For example, if you want to promote courses and software, JVZOO might be a good option, or even Clickbank. If you want to promote health products, then MarketHealth would be a good choice. So you see, it all depends on what you want to promote.
If you believe your blog readers or website visitors are interested in exploring web hosting platforms (for instance, if you write content for freelancers), this could be a good option to explore. Best of all, the company promotes eco-friendly alternatives, so you can feel good knowing you're spreading a positive, "green message" to your site visitors.
